Liviirie

Liviirie's origins are shrouded in mystery, a being born from the collision of the elemental forces of water and fire. Her dual nature, part water-breather and part dragon, grants her unparalleled power and adaptability. Driven by an insatiable quest for dominance, she traverses the realms above and below the waves, sinking ships and crashing planes with ease. Her beauty is both alluring and petrifying, for those who dare gaze upon her face risk a fate worse than death. Defying the constraints of physics and the will of her own creator, Liviirie is a force of nature unto herself, a creature of unrelenting determination and unmatched capabilities. Neither the depths of the ocean nor the vast expanse of the skies can contain her, as she continues her eternal pursuit of conquest, leaving a trail of destruction in her wake.

Multiattack

Liviirie makes three attacks: one with her Bite and two with her Claws.

Bite

Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 3d10 + 7 piercing damage.

Claw

Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2d8 + 7 slashing damage.

Tail Swipe

Liviirie can use her tail to make a melee attack against all creatures within 10 feet. Each creature must make a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d10 bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Abyssal Surge (Recharge 5-6)

Liviirie unleashes a wave of dark energy in a 30-foot radius. Each creature in that area must make a DC 20 Constitution saving throw, taking 6d10 necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. Liviirie regains hit points equal to the total damage dealt.

Winged Fury

Liviirie can fly up to her speed and make one Bite attack as part of this movement. If she ends her movement within 5 feet of a creature, that creature must succeed on a DC 20 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

Legendary Resistance

If Liviirie fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead three times per day.

Elemental Adaptation

Liviirie can breathe underwater and is immune to effects that would cause drowning.
