The Perfide is a legendary scythe of obsidian black, its curved blade shimmering with an otherworldly darkness that seems to devour light itself. This formidable weapon carries within it the power to manipulate the very fabric of time, allowing its wielder to strike at moments that should be unreachable. The scythe was passed down through an ancient lineage of primordial beings, beginning with Saturne, the god who ruled over temporal flow and cosmic disorder, before being inherited by Abaddon and eventually claimed by Azathoth. When swung, The Perfide leaves faint temporal distortions in its wake, as if reality itself struggles to mend the wounds it creates. Those struck by this weapon find themselves aging rapidly or frozen in temporal stasis, their fate dependent on the wielder's will. Legend speaks of battles where The Perfide turned the tide by severing enemies from the natural progression of time itself. Only those of immense power and understanding dare to wield such a dangerous artifact, for the weapon demands a price from those who cannot control its chronal energies.
