The Bane Shards are a captivating and deadly set of twin daggers, forged from the darkest of steel and imbued with the essence of the malevolent deity Bane. The blades are etched with intricate runes that seem to pulse with a sinister energy, harnessing the power of their namesake to strike fear into the hearts of those who dare to cross their path. The daggers' hilts are crafted from the sharpened bones of unknown origin, lending them a grim and foreboding appearance. Each hilt is adorned with a vibrant green gem, rumored to be the phylacteries of the lich Jade, granting the weapons an otherworldly and unsettling aura. When wielded, the blades emanate a mesmerizing green flame, dancing along the edges and casting an eerie glow upon the wielder. These blades possess the ability to drain the very essence from their victims, leaving them soulless husks in the wake of the Bane Shards' strikes. Due to its blessings of the lord Bane, an extra saving throw is required to avoid holy fire burn damage for non-practitioners of his faith.
