Phantom Fighters

The Phantom Fighters were once mortal beings who dedicated their lives to the art of combat, honing their skills as brawlers, gladiators, or street fighters. In the heat of battle, their fierce determination and unwavering spirit became so ingrained within their very essence that even death could not extinguish their fighting spirit. Now, their spectral forms continue to roam the ethereal realms, imbued with a raw, visceral physicality that allows them to clash with unrelenting force. Their spectral fists and close-combat weaponry are imbued with a phantom energy, capable of delivering devastating blows that can shatter even the sturdiest of obstacles. These ethereal warriors serve as the Tower's first line of defense, their spectral strength and resilience making them formidable guardians against any who would dare to trespass upon the sanctum's hallowed grounds. When the Iron Seer requires the aid of raw power and resilience, the Phantom Fighters answer the call, their spectral blows shattering the very fabric of the physical world.

Spectral Fist

Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2d10 + 4 force damage. On a critical hit, the target must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

Phantom Grapple

The Phantom Fighter can attempt to grapple a creature within 5 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be grappled (escape DC 15). While grappled, the target takes 1d8 force damage at the start of each of its turns.

Ethereal Smash

The Phantom Fighter can use its action to strike the ground, creating a shockwave. Each creature within a 15-foot radius must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d6 force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. This action can also destroy non-magical obstacles in the area.

Spectral Charge

As a bonus action, the Phantom Fighter can move up to its speed towards a target and make a melee attack. If the attack hits, it deals an additional 1d10 force damage and the target must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be pushed back 10 feet.

Spectral Resilience

Resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from non-magical attacks.
