Spell

Defiance Of Gold

Created by Draz

When you cast this spell, a towering column of profane energy erupts from the ground, piercing the heavens with an aura of defiant malice. For the next minute, this pillar pulses with corrosive bolts that seek out draconic creatures with relentless fury, inflicting grievous wounds that sap their strength and vitality. The spell was originally forged as a blasphemous ritual to challenge the authority of Lucifer, the Gold dragon lord of the infernal realms, and serves as a public declaration that his dominion is no longer absolute. When cast upon a battlefield where all can witness it, the spell becomes a symbol of rebellion against tyrannical rule. While draconic beings suffer crippling devastation from its strikes, any other unfortunate soul caught in the bolts faces nearly certain annihilation. The raw power channeled through this magic is so profane and overwhelming that it transforms the very ground into a zone of supernatural punishment. Those who cast it do so knowing they challenge the very foundations of infernal hierarchy.
