Motherly Embrace

Momma Rosophia can heal a creature within 30 feet for 4d10 + her Charisma modifier. This ability can be used once per short rest.

Dragon's Breath

Momma Rosophia exhales a 30-foot cone of radiant energy. Each creature in that area must make a DC 22 Dexterity saving throw, taking 8d6 radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. This ability can be used once per long rest.

Gothic Command

As a bonus action, Momma Rosophia can command all creatures of her choice within 60 feet to make a DC 22 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, they are charmed for 1 minute. They can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of their turns.
