Anastasia targets one creature within 30 ft. The target must succeed on a DC 20 Constitution saving throw or take 6d12 necrotic damage and have their maximum hit points reduced by an amount equal to the damage taken until a long rest.

Whims of Chaos

Anastasia can cast 'Chaos Bolt' at 5th level as a bonus action, dealing 4d8 damage of a type determined by a d8 roll. She can use this ability twice per turn.

Corrupted Beauty

As an action, Anastasia can charm one creature within 30 ft. The target must succeed on a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed for 1 minute. The charmed target views Anastasia as a trusted friend.

Anastasia can choose to cause a magical disaster in a 120 ft. area. All creatures must make a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw, taking 10d10 damage of a type of her choice on a failed save, or half on a success. This ability can be used once per long rest.

Immortal Resilience

Anastasia cannot be killed by conventional means and regenerates 10 HP at the start of her turn.
