Dimensional Transference
As an action, the user can open a portal to a random plane of existence within the multiverse. The user and up to 5 willing creatures within 5 feet can step through the portal. The portal remains open for 1 minute before closing, and the user must complete a DC 15 Intelligence (Arcana) check to maintain control of the portal's destination. On a failed check, the portal randomly transports the user and any creatures to a different plane. Once this effect is used, it cannot be used again until 1d4 days have passed.
Spellcasting
While holding the Tome of Kiphos, the user can cast any spell from the tome's pages as if they had the spell prepared, expending the appropriate spell slot. The tome contains 1d4+2 spells of 5th level or lower, chosen by the DM.
Dimensional Awareness
