Fog Demon Skull

Born into the underworld as a street urchin in the port cities of the Grand Line, Skull scraped survival from the margins until Ace's infectious charisma pulled him into the Spade Pirates' fold, where he found brotherhood for the first time. This brotherhood only grew when Ace and his crew joined Whitebeard's crew. When Ace fell and Belle's grief transmuted into something far more dangerous—a crystallized fury that burned hotter than any flame—Skull recognized that this woman would either consume herself or reshape the world, and he chose to stand beside her through the inferno. Over two brutal years, he watched her ascend from a nameless fugitive to a force of nature, each victory etched into his bones like a prayer, until he made the irreversible choice to consume the Kiri Kiri no Mi, surrendering his human form to become something neither fully alive nor dead, a wraith of devotion bound to his captain's ambitions. The Devil Fruit hollowed him from the inside out, leaving only his skull and will intact, transforming his body into roiling fog that could blanket entire horizons and obscure the Twilight Pirates from their enemies' sight. Now he exists as an eternal sentinel, a living monument to Ace's memory and Belle's vengeance, his floating skull a phantom warning to any fool who would dare challenge his crew. Skull is no longer merely a man who keeps watch from the crow's nest—he is the very mist that shields them, the darkness between stars, a guardian spirit forged in grief and tempered by an oath spoken over grave soil.
