Magical effects
gateway of duality
Once per long rest, the wielder can invoke the power of the number 11 to cast the spell 'Chaos Bolt' at 3rd level, dealing 2d8 + 1d6 damage of a type chosen by the wielder (fire, cold, lightning, poison, or thunder).
destabilizing influence
As a reaction, when the wielder is targeted by an attack, they can roll 1d6. On a roll of 4 or higher, the attacker must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 15) or become confused until the end of their next turn, unable to take reactions and having disadvantage on attack rolls.
insight of the master number
Once per day, the wielder can roll 2d10 and gain insight into a situation, allowing them to ask the DM one question about the future or hidden truths. The answer will be as clear as the DM chooses, but it may come with a cryptic twist.
