Divided between the light and dark, this sword possesses a unique duality, reflecting the complex nature of the world itself. The light side of the blade emanates a holy radiance, capable of summoning a dozen holy swords to defend its wielder and smite their foes. Its blinding light can temporarily blind enemies, while its barrier can weaken the strength and magic of those caught within. The dark side, however, is a sinister counterpart, drawing strength from the negative emotions of its surroundings. It can summon a shadowy manifestation of these emotions to aid the wielder, as well as siphon the magic and life force of any caught in its noxious fumes. Those struck by the sword's dark energy are left with permanent, debilitating wounds. Only the worthy, whether good or evil, can wield this sword and harness its incredible, dual-natured power.
