Armor Of Alterity

Created by Kstarfireheart3583

This ornate chestplate of steel and bronze bears the craftsmanship of ancient elvish smiths, its surface marked by the passage of countless centuries with small dents and scratches that tell stories of battles long forgotten. Created millennia ago by the elves of the northern forests as a gift for a valiant human warrior, this magical armor has been passed down through generations, its original purpose and makers lost to the mists of time. The wearer of this armor gains the extraordinary ability to perceive and attack ethereal and invisible enemies as if they stood before them in plain sight, piercing the veil between the material and immaterial planes. Those who don this breastplate find their strikes guided by ancient magic, granting them a +2 bonus to their attack rolls against all evil creatures they face. The ornate design remains beautiful despite its age, with intricate patterns etched into the metal that seem to shimmer faintly when exposed to moonlight. Each scratch and dent upon its surface serves as a testament to the valor of those who have worn it before, imbuing it with the strength of their deeds. Whether facing spectral threats or malevolent foes, the Armor of Alterity proves itself an invaluable relic of a bygone age, forever granting its bearer an advantage against the forces of darkness.
