Actions
Elemental Surge
Elena channels the elemental forces, creating a wave of energy that deals 4d8 damage of a chosen elemental type (fire, ice, lightning, or thunder) in a 30-foot line. Creatures in the line must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking full damage on a failed save, or half on a success.
Primal Shield
As a reaction, Elena can create a protective barrier that grants herself or an ally within 30 feet a +5 bonus to AC until the start of her next turn. This ability can be used 3 times per long rest.
Royal Decree
Elena can cast a spell-like ability that allows her to charm a creature within 60 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed for 1 minute. The charmed creature regards Elena as a trusted friend. This ability can be used once per short rest.
Ancient Knowledge
Elena can use her action to recall a piece of lore or history about a creature or location, allowing her to gain advantage on the next Intelligence (History) check related to that subject.
