The Greatest Migraine
Created by alexissWith a pointed finger and whispered incantation, you unleash a torrent of maddening sensations directly into your target's consciousness—a cacophonous blend of clanging bells, creaking hinges, howling hounds, persistent dripping, and discordant wailing that exists nowhere but within their tortured mind. The victim alone perceives this overwhelming assault of noise, leaving all witnesses oblivious to the invisible torment unfolding before them. The target's concentration shatters as they struggle to focus, aim, or maintain their magical focus, their thoughts fragmented by the relentless auditory chaos. Effects
Effects
The target must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, they become distracted, suffering disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks, and cannot concentrate on spells. Additionally, every few seconds, the source of the phantom sounds shifts, causing the target to turn around in confusion. If struck by the Heavy Mace of Headaches while affected, a colossal spectral bell appears overhead and tolls, causing the target to make another Wisdom saving throw or become incapacitated until the end of their next turn.
