Aspects Of Survival - "Abyss Of Shadow"

Before Drifter arrived in the world of Jujutsu Kaisen. His home world contained a dimension governed by no laws other than the law of terror: the Abyss of the World's Shadow. Following numerous apocalypses, the boundaries between dimensions had worn thin; during the pumpkin harvest festival (also known as Halloween), this barrier would blur, allowing creatures born of the fears and horrors of post-apocalyptic worlds to breach the dimensional divide. The more humans feared, the more fear-manifesting entities lurked in the shadows. Drifter recalled the memories of those festivals—when the veil vanished—and how, by wielding an artifact bestowed by the Grim Reaper, he could transform into a supremely powerful demon, having consumed the souls of both sentient shadow-beasts and humans who had committed grave sins. Reflecting on the scars left by these shadow-filled memories, Drifter unlocked a new aspect of his cursed energy technique. This aspect transforms him into that very demonic form and His body becomes much endurable and tough to damage that it become comparble with metal Alloys. Drifter also allowed to absorb the cursed energy generated when others feel fear—be it dread, anxiety, apprehension, or the like. The price for using this technique is the temporary loss of his human traits. "Every one fear something - even fearless just don't know what they fear before they meet it" - philosophy of entitys of world's shadow.
