*Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement)* This ethereal garment consists of lightweight robes crafted from layered night-silk and supple elven leather, dyed in deep indigo and charcoal hues that seem to absorb light itself. Woven throughout the fabric are threads of archive-warding magic that cause the wearer's silhouette to blur and soften when in dim light, rendering them nearly invisible when motionless among bookshelves, shadows, or other concealing environments. The high collar and deep hood can be drawn to obscure the wearer's features entirely, leaving only the faint glimmer of their eyes visible to those who might seek them. Subtle protective runes are sewn into the lining, forming a ward against arcane harm that absorbs minor magical assaults and transforms them into harmless whispers that dissipate into the air. While wearing this garment, you gain advantage on Stealth checks made in dim light or darkness. Additionally, when you take the Hide action in dim light or darkness, you become invisible until you move or take an action or reaction. Once per day, when you would take damage from a spell, you can use your reaction to reduce that damage by half as the runes flare with protective energy.
