Ge. Kaelen, known as "The Crow of War," was born into a world of chaos and bloodshed. Kaelen can make a melee weapon attack with his staff. +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 3d8 + 5 bludgeoning damage and the target must succeed on a DC 20 Intelligence saving throw or be incapacitated until the end of their next turn.

Psychological Assault

Kaelen targets one creature he can see within 60 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or take 6d10 psychic damage and be frightened for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Strategic Mind

Kaelen has advantage on all Intelligence (Investigation) and Wisdom (Insight) checks.

Psychological Warfare

Enemies within 30 feet of Kaelen have disadvantage on saving throws against being frightened.
