Xariel Stormfang, the "Lightning's Chosen," was born with a destiny intertwined with the draconic forces that ruled the harsh volcanic highlands of the Jargax Black Lightning Dragon Clan. Yet, during the sacred Festival of Thunder's Wrath, a ritual gone awry unleashed the power of the draconic patron Drazrakkus, casting Xariel into the unknown. Once per day, Xariel can call upon the draconic patron Drazrakkus to empower his next attack. The attack deals an additional 3d6 lightning damage and forces the target to make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the target is stunned until the end of its next turn.
