Muluia

Born from the forbidden union of a primordial serpent and a corrupted dragon-god, Muluia emerged into existence as an abomination that defied the natural order—a creature of pure chaos blessed with bat-like wings instead of the traditional draconic appendages, yet cursed to slither without legs as a serpentine lower body. Rejected by both the draconic and ophidian societies, Muluia grew to despise all creation that deemed them unworthy, cultivating a philosophy of destructive nihilism that would shape their violent reign across the mortal realms. Driven by an insatiable hunger for conquest and domination, this androgynous terror carved a path of devastation through kingdoms and empires, becoming a living legend whispered in fearful tones as the most invincible predator to ever darken the skies. Their bat-wings granted them a predatory grace that no conventional dragon possessed, allowing them to strike with terrifying speed and unpredictable agility, while their serpentine form gave them the flexibility and strength to crush civilizations beneath their coils. Over centuries, Muluia's chaotic evil nature only intensified, transforming them into a force of pure malevolence that viewed morality as a weakness and mercy as a concept invented by the feeble. Muluia makes a bite attack. On a hit, it deals 4d10 piercing damage and the target must succeed on a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute.

Winged Fury

Muluia unleashes a flurry of wing strikes. Each creature within 15 ft. must make a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw, taking 6d6 slashing damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success.

Crushing Coils

Muluia constricts a target within 10 ft. The target must succeed on a DC 20 Strength saving throw or take 8d10 bludgeoning damage and be grappled.

Chaos Breath

Muluia exhales a 60 ft. cone of chaotic energy. Each creature in the area must make a DC 22 Constitution saving throw, taking 12d10 necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success.

Nihilistic Roar

Muluia lets out a terrifying roar. All creatures within 120 ft. must succeed on a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or be paralyzed for 1 minute. They can repeat the save at the end of each of their turns.

Serpentine Agility

Muluia can move through the space of any creature that is Medium or smaller.

Predatory Grace

Muluia has advantage on Dexterity saving throws and can take the Dash action as a bonus action.
