Carrying himself with the quiet, unhurried ease of an Alan Watts-inspired philosopher, he views the Force not as a weapon to be wielded or a binary system of light and dark, but as a vast, continuous spectrum to be understood and integrated. ​Physically, Stroud is a striking figure. He has sharp, knowing golden eyes that seem to look straight through the rigid dogma of the galaxy to the immediate truth beneath. His silver-streaked beard and weathered features reflect a man who has lived through centuries of profound trial, betrayal, and deep meditation. He dresses in a simple, heavy, dark-collared coat that settles easily over his shoulders, favoring practical, durable attire over the grand robes of traditional Jedi Masters or Sith Lords. ​Formerly an Inquisitor and the star understudy of Tal Varoth—the brutal leader of the ancient, hyper-dogmatic splinter group known as The Jhed—Stroud’s foundational understanding of the universe was forged through intense hardship.
