Rauth unleashes a thunderous roar. Each creature of his choice within 120 feet must succeed on a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. A frightened target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Rauth can sense the emotional state of creatures within 120 feet, granting him advantage on Insight checks.

Storm's Embrace

Rauth is surrounded by a constant aura of lightning, dealing 5 (1d10) lightning damage to any creature that starts its turn within 10 feet of him.
