Oblivion Infusion

Malachi targets one creature within 60 feet. The target must make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 4d10 necrotic damage and is infected with the Oblivion Strain, suffering disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Vision of Evolution

Malachi can cast 'Suggestion' as a 3rd-level spell without expending a spell slot. The target must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or follow a suggestion he makes to the best of its ability.

Manipulative Strike

Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2d8 + 5 psychic damage. On a hit, the target must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of its next turn.

Chaos Unleashed

As an action, Malachi can unleash a wave of chaotic energy in a 30-foot radius. Each creature in that area must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking 6d6 force damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. This action can be used once per long rest.

Manipulative Influence

Malachi can use his charisma to gain advantage on persuasion checks.

Evolving Presence

Creatures within 30 feet must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed until the end of their next turn.
